In Business Area 2 - Competence Centers, Processes, IT Security - we are currently looking for IT Application Administrators to join our team.

The positions are permanent. This is an ongoing job posting, which means we are always accepting meaningful applications.

The workplace is in Potsdam.

Key responsibilities:

• Administering and ensuring the operation of applications in 2nd-level support
• Planning and performing configuration adjustments and updates of applications in the data center
• Being the contact person for internal departments and customers
• Providing technical advice to departments/customers on user issues
• Documenting and maintaining IT infrastructure (e.g. Apache, TomCat, Webserver)

Requirements:

• A degree (Bachelor/ University of Applied Sciences diploma) preferably in computer science, business informatics, information/communication technology, electrical engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship in an IT field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience with proof through work certificates.
• Enthusiasm for shaping various IT topics for the state of Brandenburg and participating in diverse and challenging tasks
• Willingness to undergo an extended security check
