- Content Mapping: Map out the customer journey and identify touchpoints where content can make a difference. From awareness to conversion, you'll be the content compass for content creators and managers across functions.
- Channel Optimization: Know your channelswhether its our website, social media, email, or beyond. Work with colleagues to optimize content for each platform, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Content Governance: Establish guidelines, workflows, and governance structures. Maintain content quality and consistency across the board.
- Metrics and Insights: Measure content performance, analyze data, and iterate. Youre not afraid of spreadsheets or A/B testing.
- Bachelor's degree in media, communication, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and user experience.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms.
