- Unterstützung, Aufbereitung und Begleitung von HR Digitalization-Projekten wie z.B. die Einführung eines Mitarbeiter-Onboarding Tools und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Recruiting Projektes
- Übrnahme von Projektmanagementaufgaben, wie z.B. Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen, Durchführung von Systemtests und Erstellung von Testdokumentationen
- Mitwirkung von Systemtrainings
- First Level Support globaler Admins bei Systemfragen
- Du absolvierst ein Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre , Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines artverwandten Studiengangs
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen um
- Neben IT Affinität zeichnet dich eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und Einsatzbereitschaft aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
