    Our client is an exciting and well known tech Startup in Electric Driven Aviation.
    The position is initially for 12 months (extension possible) in Labour-Leasing.

    Your role and team:

    You will report directly to the "Battery Assembly Lead" and work with our production team. The battery assembly team handles all processes for assembling the power system and delivers state-of-the-art battery technology for our jets.

    Your Day to Day:

    • Responsibility for safety, on-time delivery, and quality during all phases of the assembly process
    • Assembly of low-voltage and high-voltage battery components and assemblies
    • Responsibility for inventory management of parts, tools, and equipment
    • Troubleshooting and reporting defects back to the appropriate teams
    • Documenting manufacturing data in the production system
    • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering team to improve processes, equipment and tooling, and repair solutions

    Your Profile:

    • Completed training as an technician or comparable qualification
    • Several years of experience in manufacturing and/or repairing electromechanical components
    • Experience in the safe handling of medium and high voltage systems up to 1kV DC voltage
    • First experience with high power battery systems, or high willingness to learn
    • Initial experience working with modern production machinery, or high willingness to learn
    • Must be able to comprehend written and verbal English instructions. German language is a bonus
    • Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation/ early and late shift)
    Deine Rolle und dein Team:

    Du wirst direkt an den jeweiligen "Battery Assembly Lead" berichten und arbeitest mit unserem Produktionsteam zusammen. Das Team der Batteriemontage übernimmt alle Prozesse zur Montage des Stromsystems und liefert modernste Batterietechnologie für unsere Jets.

    Deine Hauptaufgaben:

    • Übernahme der Verantwortung für Sicherheit, Termintreue und Qualität in allen Phasen des Montageprozesses
    • Montage von Niederspannungs- und Hochspannungsbatteriekomponenten und -baugruppen
    • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Bestandsverwaltung von Teilen, Werkzeugen und Ausrüstung
    • Fehlersuche und Rückmeldung von Mängeln an die zuständigen Teams
    • Dokumentation von Fertigungsdaten im Produktionssystem
    • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team für Fertigungstechnik zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Ausrüstung und Werkzeugen sowie von Reparaturlösungen

    Dein Profil:

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fertigung und/oder Reparatur von elektromechanischen Komponenten
    • Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit Mittel- und Hochspannungsanlagen bis zu 1kV Gleichstrom
    • Erste Erfahrungen mit Hochleistungsbatteriesystemen, oder hohe Lernbereitschaft
    • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit modernen Produktionsmaschinen oder hohe Lernbereitschaft
    • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse (Verständnis von schriftlichen und mündlichen englischen Anweisungen wird vorausgesetzt)
    • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht-Betrieb/ Früh- und Spätschicht)
