- Wide range of tasks from operational to strategic issues
- Support in the development, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions for seamless integration across various functional areas
- Clarification of diverse customer requirements, development of technical solutions, identification of automation possibilities, and efficient IT workflow implementation
- Ensuring data security and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- In addition to daily tasks, we prioritize gaining insights and experiences. An exploration of our department will introduce you to various applications such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Automic Automation, and isfinancial, among others
- Further insights into IT project management and IT management
- Computer science, business or media informatics, or natural science degrees with a focus on computer science from the 3rd semester onwards or relevant training
- Basic knowledge of programming, database management, and a willingness to deepen these skills
- Previous exposure to the ITIL framework is a plus
- Ideally, experience with Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
- Open team player, self-driven, thinks strategically, and approaches tasks with initiative and dynamism
- Excellent German and good English skills
