About the Role:

• Reviewing incoming surveying orders for objectives, requirements, quality, accuracy, scope, timing, and data availability.
• Preparing and conducting cadastral and basic surveys, especially for land parcel division on behalf of municipal offices.
• Collaborating with engineering surveyors and contributing to the development of Wiesbaden's geodata infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Qualified for technical service or completed engineering studies related to surveying technology, geomatics, or cartography.
• Several years of experience in property surveying.
• Knowledge of official land cadastral systems and basic surveying is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong social skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.
