Skills
- Profunde Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID & Intune
- Erfahrung Schwachstellen-Analysen Microsoft-basierte Infrastruktur-Komponenten wie Entra ID, Intune, AD
- Erfahrenein Bearbeitung komplexer Störungsmeldungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support unter Einhaltung strenger SLAs
