- Establish and enforce ARMEDANGELS ́ manufacturing standards for quality improvement, technical expertise, and equipment based on industry best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving efforts to address quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures, collaborating across departments to enhance manufacturing processes and uphold quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for physical and chemical tests, trims, labels, and packaging across different markets.
- Negotiate terms and prices with external stakeholders and manage the departments budget.
- A degree in textile techniques or similar field, with extensive relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor teams towards achieving quality objectives.
- Extensive expertise in quality assurance, including problem-solving and adherence to industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge in legal requirements and regulations related to quality control and assurance.
