- Review legal requests linked to fraud, copyright, privacy, and defamation.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws.
- Maintain documentation and support cross-functional collaboration.

- Basic knowledge of metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus
