- Development and management of sales activities in the recycling industry, working closely with the regional sales team
- Acquisition of new customers and strengthening existing partnerships
- Consulting customers on machinery (Sennebogen, Komatsu, NPK, Genesis), applications, and financing models
- Supporting in needs analysis and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Conducting price negotiations and contract discussions
- Penetrating the industry consistently following yearly, monthly, and weekly plans
- Creating sales plans in coordination with the team
- Planning and executing sales promotion activities with related departments
- Identifying and communicating cost, product, and service optimizations
- Completed commercial or technical education (e.g. as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic) and/or relevant studies
- Ideally, experience in the recycling industry
- Experience in selling high-value capital goods
- Knowledge in sales planning and control
- Strong advisory skills and technical expertise
