Responsibilities

Weatherford bietet eine fantastische Gelegenheit, unserem Team in Langenhagen als Fluidtechnik (Hydraulik) Ingenieur beizutreten. Der erfolgreiche Kandidat wird folgende Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten ubernehmen:

Expertise in Fluidtechnik: Berechnungen, Konzeption, Kenntnisse uber hydraulische Komponenten (idealerweise Sun und Hawe Hydraulik)

Erstellung hydraulischer Layouts einschlie?lich hydraulischer Schemata und entsprechender Stucklisten (BOMs)

Fehlerbehebung vorhandener Werkzeuge in der Werkstatt und vorhandener Anlagen in der gesamten Flotte weltweit (Remote-Unterstutzung)

Gutes Verstandnis fur mechanische Systeme

Idealerweise Kenntnisse uber explosionsgeschutzte Designs (Atex, IECex)

Gute Beziehung zu unseren Lieferanten

Modifizierung vorhandener Produkte, um interne oder externe Kundenanforderungen zu erfullen.

Erstellung von Dokumentationen, die fur Konstruktionsakten erforderlich sind.

Vorwegnahme moglicher Fehlermodi von Produkten und Empfehlung von Losungen aufgrund von Erfahrungen.

Durchfuhrung umfassender Analysen kritischer Komponenten, um mogliche Fehlermodi in neuen oder bestehenden Produkten zu eliminieren.

Analyse von Testdaten, um festzustellen, ob das Produkt die vorgegebenen technischen Spezifikationen erfullt.

Moglicher Einsatz computergesteuerter Fluidsimulationen.

Unterstutzung anderer bei allen Ingenieurtatigkeiten, einschlie?lich der Arbeit im Produktentwicklungsprozess.

Demonstration der Fahigkeit, ohne umfangreiche Anleitung in einer wirtschaftlich vertretbaren Zeit zu einer Losung zu gelangen.

Durchfuhrung von Aufgaben/Projekten unter Aufsicht eines leitenden Ingenieurs, wie (Projekt-/Haupt-/Vorgesetzter-/Manager). Wird spezifische Aufgaben im Projektumfang beitragen.

Durchfuhrung von Arbeitseinsatzen auf hochstem Qualitatsniveau.

Qualifications

Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Fluidtechnik

Moglicherweise Kenntnisse in E-Plan

Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Die physische Fahigkeit, sofort auf Notfallsituationen zu reagieren.

Fahigkeit zum Multitasking und effektiven Zeitmanagement.

Genauigkeit und hohe Aufmerksamkeit fur Details

Organisationsgeschick, Qualitatsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Flie?ende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
