Ferring + You

As part of our site expansion, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our new Cartridge Line within the "Föhr" construction project. This position is full-time and permanent.

Your Contribution to Make an Impact:

• Lead and develop the Ramp-Up team
• Guide and develop the team to ensure goal achievement, support, and motivate employees
• Manage operators in the production team
• Create deployment plans for operators in collaboration with production
• Train operators
• Ensure production ramp-up within the Föhr project
• Implement new production processes while adhering to safety guidelines in coordination with other departments/groups
• Ensure timely production with consistent product quality
• Comply with AMWHV regulations, the EU guide, and other relevant laws
• Support product transfers
• Drive continuous process improvements for quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators in the area of responsibility
• Contribute to international projects and provide adequate support
• Evaluate and handle risk assessments and operating instructions
• Support and oversee inspections
• Plan and control budgets in the area of responsibility / make orders
• Procure small equipment/consumables

Your Qualifications that Enrich Us:

• Scientific/technical degree or completed technical/scientific vocational training with further education to Master/Technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in aseptic filling
• Strong, motivational personality with initial leadership experience
• Strong GMP, quality, and accountability awareness, including precise and careful work
• Problem-solving skills and adept conflict resolution
• High social competence for technical and disciplinary team leadership
• Team player with strong communication skills, structured, goal-oriented work approach
• Willingness to actively initiate and lead change processes
• Very good German and good English skills
• Proficient in common MS Office programs
• Flexibility for different working time models
