Technology Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the operational management of the software development teams (up to 10 people; primarily external) as well as for coordinating service providers and technology partners
The implementation of the work breakdown structure also falls within your area of responsibility
You are accountable for software platform development within the overall system context
You consolidate the software requirements, epics, user stories, and tasks
You maintain close and regular alignment with all relevant device and project teams
Your profile
You have completed a technical degree with a focus on software (e.g., computer science, electronics, medical technology, etc.)
You bring many years of professional experience and have already gained initial leadership experience
Both your German and English language skills are at GER level C1
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Navision, Git, and CodeBeamer
In addition, you stand out for your strong communication skills, entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, as well as pragmatism and high flexibility
