Your area of workDeutsche Börse Group's Investment Management Solutions (IMS) area comprises of ISS STOXX and SimCorp, two global leading companies empowering investors, corporates and banks with corporate governance, ESG, index, market intelligence, and front-to-back investment management solutions.

The strategy team serves as competence center for strategy and business development for the Investment Management Solutions area within the overall Deutsche Börse Group strategic framework.

You will have the responsibility to initiate and ensure strategic execution with stakeholders and business areas, including both organic and M&A initiatives.

Your responsibilitiesSupport the development of Deutsche Börse's long-term global organic and M&A growth strategy in Deutsche Börse's Investment Management Solutions areaImplementation and co-ordination of projects with strategic relevance, including project sourcing, development and planningPreparation of strategic market analyses, decision proposals, status reports for senior management and for respective management meetingsMonitoring and pro-active continuous improvement of strategy development and implementation processesDrive key strategic projects as a project lead, ensure in-time and in-budget implementationYour profileUniversity degree with excellent results Proven working experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance or M&ATheoretical and practical knowledge regarding the relevance and functioning of capital markets as well as an in-depth understanding of business principles and processesFocus on delivery with results-oriented and structured approach to problem solvingAbility to work under pressure with high degree of reliability and autonomyHigh commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial spiritStrong analytical skills and good knowledge of quantitative tools and methods, e.g.

including financial modelling / business plan analysisStrong communication skills – written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively across all seniority levels in EnglishExcellent command of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
