- Independent coordination and implementation of service and repair operations including reporting and documentation.
- Support and service activities during shutdowns and commissioning internationally.
- Responsible for organizing the required equipment (tools, PPE, ...).
- Responsible for own HSE-related topics.
- Training for service partners, customers, QRC, SCS and system operators regarding the repair and maintenance of fittings.
- Personal and direct customer support.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure coordinated support for the customer.
- Completed training in mechanical engineering or comparable.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Physically fit.
- SCC certification preferred.
- Intercultural competence preferred.
- MS Office, MS Teams, SAP R/3 and specific programs.
- Willingness for further training.
- Good documentation skills regarding reports and other documentation.
- Ability to communicate well with customers and always present a positive image of the company.
