- End to End IT service responsibility for the European HR department and other cross functional areas
- Work with external implementation and AMS partners to ensure incidents and change requests are managed and addressed in appropriate timely manner
- Act as the point of escalation for the stakeholder and escalate internally and externally where necessary
- Report KPI ́s and SLA achievement and manage violations or major service issues. Act as escalation instance towards business
- Ensure that regular status update for projects and services are conducted with all stakeholders to review performance against the agreed milestones and service levels and to exchange information about ongoing projects and new demands
- Align with business unit & other Business Relationship Managers about the overall prioritization of the project portfolio
- Main application in focus is SAP Success Factors (SFSF) with its interfaces and add-ons and other HR Applications such as Learning Management Systems
- Evaluate and define service maintenance & release windows and align with IT Change Management and IT Service / Delivery Manager
- Support and Engage in Regional and Global IT and HR Projects and Implementations.
- University Degree with 5 years or more experience
- 5 years of experience or more in either IT Service Management or IT Service Delivery or IT Operations or similar IT Areas
- Very strong customer and service focus
- Ability to analyze very complex situations in unknown environments
- Good knowledge of business processes in regulated environment, understanding of business HR processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor/stakeholder relationship management skills
- Prioritization skills and experience
- Knowledge of IT architectures and business applications
- Knowledge of ITSM Tools and IT Asset Management
- Good knowledge of ITIL standards
- General knowledge on latest relevant information technology trends.
