    Responsibilities:

    • Working in a team of five colleagues to coordinate the internal training program, which includes more than 300 qualification offers annually from various areas, and assisting in booking external training on a similar scale
    • Providing advice to managers and employees on training needs and suitable development measures beyond the training program
    • Identifying internal and external trainers who can competently and economically meet training needs
    • Being responsible for the entire preparation, organization, follow-up, and evaluation of training events
    • Taking on tasks in projects to optimize training management processes and develop qualification offerings, for example, by using digital or blended learning options or introducing a new seminar management system
    • Your Profile:

      • Holding a commercial or administrative education, for example as a clerk for office management
      • Ideally, having gained initial work experience with a training provider or in a company's training sector
      • Demonstrating a meticulous work style, structured and systematic approach, and high reliability
      • Being customer-oriented and having a strong service focus
      • Having strong communication skills in German, good English proficiency, and a willingness to further develop language skills
      • Enjoying teamwork and collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions
