Position: Chemielaborant in the Produktchemieanalytik (All Genders)

The Product Chemistry Analytics supports the development of crop protection products through the use of state-of-the-art instrumental analysis techniques. This includes optimizing the composition for maximum efficacy and stability, conducting registration studies, and solving problems in the industrial production of formulations. We are looking for you to join our Formulation Analytics team.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare analyses of biological and chemical crop protection products for product development and registration, carry them out, and evaluate them
• Collaborate on formulating-specific issues using various analysis methods such as HPLC-UV, GC-FID, and HPLC-MS
• Develop analysis methods and ensure working in accordance with guidelines and GLP standards
• Provide troubleshooting for equipment issues and independently maintain and function test analysis systems
• Drive automation and digitalization in the analytical environment
• Additionally, handle general tasks in the lab routine such as ordering laboratory supplies

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant or biology laboratory assistant and a very good theoretical and practical understanding of analysis methods
• Experience in the GxP environment and in the analysis of natural substances or proteins, e.g., using HPLC or GC-MS, is advantageous
• Experience or interest in working with IT systems (e.g., Chromeleon, LIMS, MS Office, Macros, etc.) and initial experience in automation and digitalization
• Methodical and structured way of working, good self-organization
• Enjoy working in a team and good communication skills
• High level of commitment, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and creativity
• Excellent German and good English language skills in speech and writing complete your profile
