    For our Business Unit B2B we are urgently seeking support from a Product Manager (d/f/m) for a limited period of 1 year and 6 months:

    Acting as a Product Manager Flushing Systems (BU B2B), LIXIL Europe (d/f/m) will face you with these tasks:

  • Deliver strong product launches to the markets throughout the product innovation process:
    Proactively working with GGP on new product concepts based on channel / consumer / customer insights and market requests.Define and position in the roadmap the right project priorities for Europe to win market share.Define the right pricing for the products according to the value proposition of the product in the B2B Subchannels (Project, Showroom or OTC)Onboard the markets on project priorities to build strong and accurate business cases and ensure local ownership at launch.Work with the B2B Commercialization team to deliver for the countries a strong activation plan and % ready to sell status before the launch of the product.Brief CoE teams with the right product, consumer & customer insight to create the right messages and toolkits for our product launches

  • Manage the active and future B2B product range for Europe during the entire life cycle. Understand the European markets needs and business structure to build a spot on B2B product offer according to the Go To Market Strategy.Review competition and analyze market situations to develop the right product ranges for our customer needs and relevant price positioning.Portfolio Management : Manage range, revenue and margin targets for your product portfolio.Define the right portfolio to build a competitive set up for the market.Define mid-life kicks needs and work on end-of life planning (Pruning).

  • Support market to build growth plans taking market goals into consideration, develop a strategy for the responsible product areas which includes product- distribution- and price decisions- creation of a product roadmap
  • You should have the following qualifications:

  • University degree in business studies or related fields
  • Professional experience in Product Management
  • Interest and high affinity for highly technical products. Technical product expertise would be preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with international markets and customers
  • Knowledge of project, product management and marketing
  • Very good spoken and written German and English language skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
