- identification of new influencers and brand ambassadors on different social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook
- communication with and activation of influencers, establishing long-term relationship management
- support of the influencers during the campaigns
- generating reports and direct reporting to the campaign director
- You transfer your acquired expertise in the area of influencer marketing to your team
- You analyze your team's performance with the goal to further improve strengths and reduce shortcomings
- You lead meetings with the senior team regularly to exchange new learnings
- negotiating, drafting and processing of contracts and cooperations with influencers
- support and management of your own team of influencer relations managers
- onboarding of new influencer relations managers
- at least 1-2 years professional experience in influencer marketing
- You have a good insight into the influencer landscape and the newest social media trends
- You have excellent communication skills and are professionally proficient, well structured and self-reliant
- You have profound experience with social media and their analysis and influencer key data, you feel confident when using the monitoring tools
- excellent English language skills, additional language skills are highly appreciated
