- Process responsibility for consolidation/monitoring of investment projects in the ERGO International segment
- Analysis of central investment projects at Group level as well as support for foreign investment projects and coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Management and coordination of the incentive process for the ERGO International segment
- Analyzing and assessing the business development of the ERGO International segment during the year
- Taking on special topics, projects and ad-hoc requests
- Degree in economics or comparable training with a focus on relevant tasks
- Ideally several years of professional experience in controlling or accounting in an insurance company and knowledge of methods and tools in the areas of controlling, business analysis and planning
- Strong analytical thinking skills with a very good understanding of figures. Ability to present complex issues verbally and graphically in an understandable way
- Strong experience in working with MS 365 products and motivated to take process automation to a higher level
- Willingness to perform with an independent, proactive and systematic way of working as well as a strong team spirit, quick comprehension, confident and convincing appearance, high assertiveness and very good coordination and communication skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken German/English
