Your tasks as an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) Support for our EasyCAD software Contact person for our customers when it comes to technology 2D measurement technology, 3D measurement technology, 3D PRINT, CNC technology, video analysis systems Receiving support requests by phone and/or email and entering them into the ticket system Remote support via TeamViewer Independent work Co-development of our "EasyCAD" software Contributing to subject areas that affect R & D Support of the internal infrastructure Interest in improving internal workflows Your profile as an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) Sound knowledge of the current Microsoft operating systems Network knowledge Analytical skills Customer-friendly approach Solution-oriented work Communication and teamwork skills Initial experience in telephone user support is an advantage Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English Openness to successfully complete new projects We offer you:
