- Support the development and implementation of the Holon Management System in accordance with applicable standards and legal requirements (e.g Quality Management Functional Safety and Cyber Security)
- Implement and maintain a robust document control system, including the creation, revision, and distribution of quality documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Administer relevant IT-systems (e.g. Process Management Software, Document Management Software, CAQ)
- Communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
- Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience working with Quality Management Systems in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in administrating relevant IT-Systems (e.g. Process Management Software, Document Management Software, CAQ)
- Excellent understanding of document control processes, quality documentation and change management
- Expertise in conducting internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, VDA 6.3), including audit planning, execution, and reporting
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, precision , and adherence to quality standards
- Knowledge of (E/E) development processes and applicable standards (e.g. Functional Safety, Cyber Security, ASPICE) desirable
- Fluent in German and English
