Sie sind zuständig für den administrativen Support in der Forschung und Entwicklung für Peritonealdialyse-Produkte.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstützung der Teammitglieder bei administrativen Aufgaben wie On- & Off-Boarding, Reiseplanung inkl. Reisekosten und Ähnlichem

Unterstützung bei der team- und abteilungsübergreifenden Kommunikation

Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Meetings inkl. zeitlicher Abstimmung, Verpflegung und Räumlichkeiten

Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Teamevents und globalen Abteilungsveranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

Studium der Fachrichtung Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Fremdsprachen, Pädagogik, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Ähnliches

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Awareness für interkulturelle Besonderheiten, insb. Europa und USA

MS-Office Kenntnisse

Kommunikations- und Kontaktfähigkeit

Zuverlässige sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Analysefähigkeit

Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung besteht die Möglichkeit, teilweise im Home-Office zu arbeiten.
