Thanks to this solution, our customers can collect and structure the expert knowledge of their experienced service employees and make it available to all employees — for excellent fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving.

As a Venture Associate, you'll play a core role in shaping our growth strategy, supporting our international market expansion, and partnering closely with founders and investors to scale our vision globally.

Your mission

• Support investor relations and fundraising activities, including market analysis, pitch development, and investment deck preparation.
• Drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem development with corporates, VC partners, and potential channel collaborators.
• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform product and expansion strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to turn strategic insights into actionable plans.
• Help define and monitor key growth metrics, preparing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Represent findIQ externally at events, investor meetings, and industry forums.

What We Expect

• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, growth roles, or startup business development.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial modeling, or investment evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills — you can confidently tell a story, influence stakeholders, and deliver clear insights.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity — startups move quickly and priorities shift.
• Passion for industrial tech, AI, SaaS business models, and meaningful impact on real-world service operations.
• Bonus: Background in B2B tech, international markets, scaling high-growth teams, or working with investors.
