    Position Overview:

    As a Manager, you will be at the helm of our strategic projects, guiding a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional value to our clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead high-impact strategy projects focusing on commerce turnaround, sales and marketing enhancement, and mergers & acquisitions.
    • Collaborate with client leadership to identify strategic opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective plans.
    • Mentor and manage a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Conduct rigorous analysis to inform strategic decisions and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 7 years' experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in commerce turnaround, sales and marketing, or M&A.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
