MUST HAVE:
~ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
~15+ years relevant experience in technical leadership and/or technology consulting on large enterprise projects
~ Multiple projects working at an Architect level with an Architect title
~ Knowledge of Agile processes (Scrum preferred)
~ Experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems delivered as Enterprise-wide, global-facing PaaS or SaaS offerings.
~ Experience with large scale migrations to Azure
~ Experience with SOA and/or micro services-based architectures.
~ Experience with documenting complex solution architecture designs
~ Proficient in ability to document designs using modeling and diagramming techniques appropriate for the required context.

Qualifications
Hands-on experience and solid understanding of the following technologies:
C#/.NET 4.5+
Web API
SQL Server 2014+
Windows Server 2012 R2
Experience with a message broker / service bus technology
Azure
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design
Able to identify and communicate issues/risks applying technical and root cause analysis skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Possess strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills
Comfortable speaking in front of an executive audience
Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions
Desire to take the initiative, moving projects/ideas forward with clarity
Adept negotiation skills in high-pressure situations
