- Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing
- Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling)
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
- Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)
- Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- > 2 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Master Data Management – longer experience welcome, assignments will grow with you
- In-depth understanding of Master Data Management like Material master data, Business partner master data and Management of master data for variant configuration
- Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes
- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
- Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global team
- Business fluent in English and an additional language
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. Overnight travel maybe required and some occasional weekend work.
