To reinforce our team, we are looking for a:

Intern/Trainee HR Recruiting (f/m/d), Berlin

Your responsibilities

• During this 3-months Internship (which then will go further as a Traineeship) you will be an active part of the HR department, especially for the Recruiting team.
• You will support the complete hiring process and assist the team: from the job description, the screening of the profiles, to the actual employment of the candidate.
• You carry out interviews for potential candidates and support other departments in their decision-making process.
• You have daily reporting meetings with other teams and the CEO.

Your profile

• You are a recent graduate, preferably with a major in Human Resources or Communications Or you are a currently enrolled student who is in your last semester.
• You are interested in Human Resources and Administration Management.
• You have good communication and organization skills, you are detail-oriented and can take responsibilities and initiative.
• Fluent English is a must (German is not mandatory but is an asset).
