- Integrate clients by supporting them to deliver all relevant parameters to us and manage/maintain existing integrations
- Manage requests that come into the (Salesforce) case queue and deal with these appropriately on a per client basis to ensure our product works as planned
- Error reporting, management and escalation: Monitor errors with a dashboard and decide on the best actions to solve them involving different stakeholders internally and externally
- Analyse (performance) data and report on changes and anomalies across KPIs
- Join calls and meetings with clients / ATSs and internal stakeholders
- Demonstratable experience of query ownership from initial report through to resolution
