  • Soon, process analysis and planning for the optimization of production processes will be in your area of responsibility.
  • In doing so, you will conduct failure analyses and identify optimization measures for the continuous improvement of workflows and existing production processes in terms of safety, quality, capacity, productivity.
  • Coaching, training as well as motivating employees, project teams, project management, specialists and managers makes your work varied.
  • You define meaningful KPIs and ensure follow-up and improvement.
  • Your tasks include creating and updating procedural instructions.
  • This will heat us up:

  • Completed technical studies as mechanical engineer or similar
  • First professional experience in a manufacturing company as well as practical application of Lean or other optimization tools.
  • First experiences in conducting trainings and coachings as well as very good communication skills on all hierarchy levels
  • Project experience in the area of Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Line Balancing and VSM
  • IT skills (MS-Office) and very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Pleasure in exchanging ideas with colleagues from other European Daikin sites and interest in occasional visits to sister plants
