- Completed technical studies as mechanical engineer or similar
- First professional experience in a manufacturing company as well as practical application of Lean or other optimization tools.
- First experiences in conducting trainings and coachings as well as very good communication skills on all hierarchy levels
- Project experience in the area of Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Line Balancing and VSM
- IT skills (MS-Office) and very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Pleasure in exchanging ideas with colleagues from other European Daikin sites and interest in occasional visits to sister plants
