    YOUR ROLE & MISSION

    As Engineering Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the transformation of McPhy to a highly performing technology provider, by supporting project engineering and product development activities in driving improvement initiatives, coordinate across functions.

    Your job and main tasks

  • Defining a transformation strategy in collaboration with management
  • Design of a transformation concept to bring about large and complex changes including the identification of potential for improvement in engineering and product development
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedules, milestones and resource requirements
  • Close collaboration with all stakeholders involved throughout the transformation process to ensure the integration of all aspects related to the transformation process
  • Development, provision and implementation of resilient and meaningful processes, structures and tools
  • Taking ownership of the implementation of transformation initiatives and the project plan
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of performance indicators
  • Advancing digitalization strategies and promoting synergies between areas
  • Implement effective communication before, during and after transformation processes
  • Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, in an engineering, project management and product development environment
  • Understanding of process plant industry products and technologies
  • In-depth understanding of transformation methodologies & change management practices
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional international teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing complex programs or projects
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, to navigate complex business challenges and identify innovative solutions
  • Continuous improvement-driven and quality oriented ; prior experience of lean management a plus
