- Defining a transformation strategy in collaboration with management
- Design of a transformation concept to bring about large and complex changes including the identification of potential for improvement in engineering and product development
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedules, milestones and resource requirements
- Close collaboration with all stakeholders involved throughout the transformation process to ensure the integration of all aspects related to the transformation process
- Development, provision and implementation of resilient and meaningful processes, structures and tools
- Taking ownership of the implementation of transformation initiatives and the project plan
- Development, implementation and monitoring of performance indicators
- Advancing digitalization strategies and promoting synergies between areas
- Implement effective communication before, during and after transformation processes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in program management, in an engineering, project management and product development environment
- Understanding of process plant industry products and technologies
- In-depth understanding of transformation methodologies & change management practices
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional international teams
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing complex programs or projects
- Excellent organizational, leadership, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, to navigate complex business challenges and identify innovative solutions
- Continuous improvement-driven and quality oriented ; prior experience of lean management a plus
