    What you're keen to do

    We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to drive the development and success of our flagship robotics product, and its peripheral devices ). As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
    • Manage Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
    • Gather and Prioritize Requirements: Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
    • Lead Product Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clear and actionable guidance on feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Drive Product Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to mobile robotics, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Monitor Product Performance: Analyze product metrics and performance data to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

    What we're looking for

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the robotics industry.
    • Strong technical background with knowledge of robotics, hardware development, software development and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence.
    • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in German is a significant plus.
