WER IST AGICAP? Seit unserer Gründung 2016 in Lyon revolutionieren wir den Markt im Bereich Liquiditätsplanung für mittelständische Unternehmen in ganz Europa. Wir ermöglichen es unseren Kunden, ihren Cashflow strategisch zu steuern – um den Überblick zu behalten, um vorausschauend zu agieren und um weiter zu wachsen. Lab team :As part of the Lab team, you will play a critical role in delivering high impact, short-term solutions to adapt the Agicap product to German customers' specificities. You will work closely with our Lab tech team and product to design and implement features, ensuring Agicap's success in the German market.To achieve this, you will: - Brainstorm innovative lab solutions, tailored for the German market, to address customer challenges - Qualify the impact of those solutions and think on a first design - Coordinate with the Lab tech team to develop these solutions, ensuring timely completion - Test and implement the Lab solutions for customers, evaluating their effectiveness and fine-tuning as necessary Go-to-Market team :In Germany, several projects related to Lab and Product teams require a go-to-market approach and coordination. It is for example the case for our new Banking & ERP Connectivity offer, as well as for further developments around integration capabilities with banks, ERPs, and other tools regarding: - Bank statement and banking data integration - Forecasting data integration - Payment data integration - Accounting data integrationYou will participate in: - Exploring and evaluating market needs with teams, clients, prospects and integrators. - Positioning our offer and ensuring that the value proposition connects effectively with the target audience, emphasising how the offering addresses their challenges or meets their requirements. - Deploying Agicap connectivity among our client base - Enabling Sales & Customer Success teams to equip them with the necessary training, knowledge and resources. Go-to-Market & Lab synergies :Both teams are complementary to each other to offer the best product adaptations, integration capabilities, and custom development to fit the Agicap Product with the needs of the German Market. Therefore combining roles will deliver strong synergies.

Skills required:

Entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership to lead end-to-end projects in autonomy (milestones, deadlines, interlocutors mapping...)

Advanced communication skills (written, oral, visual) and ability to interact with multiple Teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing), understanding in depth their respective stakes

As you'll daily speak to developers, you have strong technical appetency and basic coding knowledge

Strong proactivity and willingness to try / dare new directions

Business acumen to prioritize projects aligned with business needs and expected impact

Ability to challenge (current processes and organization, requests coming from various Teams, own time allocation, finalised output...)

Eagerness to discover and learn continuously, moving forward by stepping regularly out of your comfort zone
