To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our department ESD aMANAGER PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for
Strategical lead of the platform development team within the Infotainment groupDefinition and rollout of IT system features and services for the European market in close alignment with Hyundai, Kia and Genesis regional headquarters (Sales, Marketing)Lead/ improve the regular SW maintenance activities via our B2C and OTA distribution channelsClose collaboration with cross-functional teams in HMETC and development teams in our R&D center in Namyang (Korea) as well as Quality and supplier to ensure the competitiveness of our systemsContinuous quality monitoring and definition of platform improvement potentialEstablish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers as neededBudget control, manpower planning/ development and allocation

Who we are looking for
Degree in Electronic Engineering or similarAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position at Tier 1 or OEMTeam Leading and coaching experience mandatory, willingness to strengthen and extend the development role in EuropeFlexible and highly motivated to work in an international environmentManagement experience of complex Infotainment projectsExperience bringing integrated software/hardware (automotive) products from development phase to productionSkilled in proactive project and supplier management, Experienced in specification and validation of IT systemsGood command of English language as well as excellent presentation skills
