About the Role
Our client, a
critical ICT services provider
, is seeking a
DORA Data Process Manager
to lead
data governance, audit workflows, and operational resilience initiatives
.
This role sits at the intersection of
data process management, regulatory compliance, and ICT operational resilience
, ensuring all audit evidence, reporting workflows, and governance processes are fully aligned with European regulatory requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement best-practice processes, and support internal training to embed
DORA-compliant data workflows
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
data process governance
under DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) - Design, implement, and maintain
end-to-end audit-ready data collection & reporting processes - Develop
KPIs, SOPs, and operational controls
for regulatory compliance - Coordinate across IT, security, risk, and service delivery teams in
Germany & Switzerland - Conduct internal
training sessions and workshops
on DORA processes - Support preparation and management of
audit evidence and operational resilience reports - Identify process gaps and implement
continuous process optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in
process management, data governance, or operational excellence
in ICT, cybersecurity, or regulated environments - Strong knowledge of
DORA & operational resilience frameworks - Experience managing
audit evidence collection and reporting workflows - Fluent in
German and English - Degree completed (Bachelor's or Master's preferred)
- Willingness to
travel domestically.
