Aufgaben

Our Proposal Management team in Gelsenkirchen is looking for you

• Act as point of contact for Uniper's Growth Engineering, Project Execution and Growth Business Lines with best-in-class proposal management and deliver full life cycle support, e.g. from pre-qualification, inquiry analysis to awarding and contract management etc.
• Manage proposal preparation for national and international & manage proposal stakeholder and approvals, liaison with internal departments as well as external partners
• Steer the management of technical, commercial and legal risks in the proposals through collecting relevant inputs, close alignments with relevant functions (e.g. tax, legal, counterparty risks etc.) & appropriate terms and conditions
• Challenge the time. costs and calculations from technical departments during the proposal preparation phase for large/complex projects
• Co-ordinate and manage the order documentation
• Develop together with team budget caltulations and commercial forecasting tools for Uniper growth projecs through all project phases
• Coordination, support and implementation of internal regulations and processes
• Support driving a beyond zero culture in the team

Profil

• Degree-level education or equivalent in engineering, business administration, economics, or law
• Experience with proposal management or procurement for national and international customer projects of the power generation industry or the gas & oil industry
• Experience with project management, engineering processes and disciplines and/or asset operation & management
• Experience with contract management / risk is desirable
• Compliance mindset
• High degree of customer orientation, as well as high sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritize work to successfully meet proposal deadlines and enable team to do so
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills to establish and nurture sustainable working relationships with diverse proposal stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to other locations outside home-country (approx. 10-20%)
• Fluent German and English as a prerequisite, additional languages welcome
