    Data Center Technician Work with other engineers on site to identify and resolve system components.


    • Supporting the data center standards and process.
    • Manage/ cooperate with the team within a ticket-based environment, high business impact tickets, and priority tickets.
    • Performing onsite maintenance to ensure reliability and availability of system components.
    Identify and resolve simple server hardware failures to include the replacement of failed hardware components.


    • Coordinate with vendors as required to order parts for repairs or upgrades.
    • Handling data-bearing devices such as HDD, SSD, IO Accelerator cards, PCIe, CPU, Graphical processing unit (GPU), NV DIMM, Switchboard and Motherboards.
    • Working together with SLA, working priority tickets such as L2, L3 tickets.

    • Experience with Windows Server OS and WinPE OS administration
    • PowerShell
    • Experience with Linux PXE service a plus
    • Windows and Linux scripting experience
    • Virtual machine set up and environmental configurations.
    • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
    • Assist with system upgrades to improve reliability or performance
