    The in-market NRM Program lead will be the single point of contact for the NRM program, coordinating with both local and global teams to ensure a successful design, implementation and deployment of NRM programme modules and the connecting points to other flagship programs.

    Be the single point of contact for the NRM Programme in DE (for CBP, PEA, NRMa and NBA)

    • Attend deep and feed into deep dive workshops on new processes required to support CBP
    • Become a SME in CBP – understand the functionality and broadly competent in how it works
    • Data preparation & system testing for go-live
    • Stakeholder management and project communication
    • Localization and implementation of trainings
    • Post go-live hypercare
    • Work with the NRMa lead in the NRM Performance Hub to ensure that DE is using CBP to its maximum value to drive actionable insight (via local reports/PEA and/or NRMa)
    Experience in process design and implementation

    • Technical expertise in Trade Spend management systems and/or CRM
    • Understanding of company core commercial cycle
    • Experience in working with tech product teams and end-users to define requirements and deploy functionalities
