    Responsibilities:

  • You plan and track customer-related actions via TEAMS lists, calls with customers and CRM maintenance
  • You run market analysis, travel to foreign key customers and provide support for key accounts as well as technical advice
  • In markets with established sales partners, you jointly implement sales promotion measures and customer visits to key accounts (technical advice, presentations)
  • You prepare and agree on prices, delivery conditions, bonuses and discounts within the scope of competence of the business area
  • You independently process technical and commercial complaints and decisions about their legitimacy
  • You create operational planning for the country group
  • You implement corporate policy goals into operational measures and participate in strategic planning
  • You participate in the preparation and implementation of international conferences and workshops as well as giving self-developed specialist lectures
  • You monitor, implement and execute all legal and internal regulations and instructions in ​​HSE and legal
  • Qualifications:

  • You have completed your studies in business administration (BA, FH, university) or engineering
  • You own extensive professional experience within the sales of industrial products, ideally of industrial filters
  • You confidently work with MS Office, SAP R3 sales module and CRM Microsoft 365
  • Intercultural skills and assertiveness are characterizing you
  • Negotiation skills and value selling are part of your strengths
  • You enjoy presenting confidently and have gained strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and English skills round off your profile
