Your tasks
Administration of the existing high-availability virtualization platforms for servers (VMWare), storage (EMC2) and desktops worldwide
Responsible for the backup (Avamar, Networtker, CyberProtect and CyberSense)
Operational management of projects relating to automation, centralization of the IT landscape and setting standards
Analyzing and solving problems as well as further developing the areas of IT infrastructure and security
Documentation of technical implementations, architectures and processes
Responsible for IT purchasing
Your profile
Degree in computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the areas of Windows Server, AD, Azure and VMWare
Knowledge of backup strategies and technologies
Knowledge of IT security and securing critical IT systems (e.g. firewall, MFA)
High level of problem-solving skills, internal customer orientation and commitment
