Career Area Supply Chain and Logistics Ihr Verantwortungsbereich Bei Uns Einführung und Entwicklung von Lager- und Logistikplänen sowie -prozessen die Produktion Distribution Bestandsführung betreffen Leitung des täglichen Betriebs aller Schichten für ein Vor Ort Lager mit einem Team von bis zu 40 Mitarbeitenden Verantwortung für Personalplanung Entwicklung und Leistungsmanagementprogramme für das Lagerpersonal Überwachung der Lager internen Materialbewegungsprozesse um sicherzustellen dass Sicherheits Termin- und Leistungsanforderungen erfüllt werden Ressourcen effizient genutzt werden Kontrolle der gesamten Lager Logistikleistung sowie Implementierung von Sicherheits Kosten- und Qualitätskontrollmechanismen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften Schaffung eines sicheren soliden Arbeitsumfelds Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Logistikprozessen durch Prozessoptimierung Priorisierung Projektplanzung Verantwortlichkeit für die Entwicklung Pflege von Kostenschätzungen Prognosen und Kostenmodellen
