Federal employees in Stuttgart, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 25% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary (rate is subject to change).

Duties

• Apply regulations and policies to all purchase card transactions.
• Monitor transactions during the cycle and take timely action against questionable charges.
• Perform compliance reviews to detect, identify and correct potential fraud, waste and abuse or non-compliance issues with cardholders.
• Provide policy and procedural advice to cardholders and other Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card Program participants.
• Review required training of billing officials and cardholders and maintain master tracker, prepares, and distributes appointment documents and issues bank access.
• Maintain technical proficiency by keeping current with FMR, FAR, DFARS, and DPC regulations and policies pertaining to Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC).
• Monitor and identify purchasing behavior patterns that span multiple cardholders/managing accounts.
• Professionally and ethically handle issues, problems, and obstacles.
