- Must pass a required Pre-Employment Drug Screen (including cannabis) and pass random USCG drug screens – paid for by FRS Clipper
- Complete a USCG Basic Safety Training course – paid for by FRS Clipper
- Complete a USCG Medical Fitness exam – paid for by FRS Clipper
