- Close collaboration with regional management, sales director as well as the sales and operations team.
- Support Managing Director and Sales Director in their day-to-day activities and operations
- Perform market research and identify new potential leads, contact persons and partners
- Analyze and track data and sales performance and identify improvements for sales performance
- Prepare and build internal and external presentations, spreadsheets and other documents in close collaboration with other departments
- Consistently and regularly use to provide timely and accurate forecasting, reporting of activity and opportunity management
- Engage in own sales activities to generate new leads and pipeline for the sales team
- Appropriately engage management and staff in the sales cycle and provide on-going feedback to other areas of the organization.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Willingness to learn and succeed in a high-earning software sales environment.
- Recent experience in software technology, marketing automation, eBusiness, CRM software a plus.
- Must have a strong desire to keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices.
- Must have a high level of energy with a very positive phone demeanour.
- Good general understanding of business processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Very good command of English and German, spoken and written.
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree
