- You bring your experience building B2B entertainment platforms, spatial computing, AI Avatars, generative AI, and/or ML products and teams to add fuel to this rocketship with guidance and connections to experts, advisors, and potential new hires;
- Build and grow world-class research & software engineering teams with ambitious goals to drive our product forward and deliver high-quality product increments at speed;
- Strive for a quality and speed balance according to our stage and foster a mindset of experimentation and data-driven decision-making;
- As a leader we expect you to inspire and coach each member of your team to grow as our company does;
- You will join an existing founding team to take this company from seed to unicorn.
- You are an expert, with at least a MSc in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a similar field and +5 years of experience (or equivalent) building and launching applications - ideally spatial computing, AR/VR products, AI avatars, and familiarity with B2B platforms.
- You are an entrepreneur, thriving in uncertain environments, embracing the startup culture as a "doer", aspirational and resourceful.
- You are a leader, with previous working experience managing tech teams as a technology lead or a key technology role in a startup or a large enterprise.
- You get things done and deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule by taking measured risks and prioritizing tasks for yourself and the team. You are also a proponent of robust, maintainable code and clear documentation.
- People want to work with you: you are a servant leader, proactive communicator, good teacher/mentor/coach, able to empathize with people from different backgrounds and personality traits, and keep calm under pressure.
