Title: Country Manager - Germany

Location: Frankfurt

I am representing an international PV Inverter and ESS manufacturer that is active in over 180 countries worldwide, in their search for a Country Manager in Germany.

Your role will focus on managing a small team, while also bringing new accounts. The office is located in Frankfurt, and attendance there is required 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Develop regional strategy in the short, medium and long term.
• Develop customer relationships for PV energy storage systems and accomplish regional sales targets.
• Search and expand potential customers and distributors, or alternative sales channels.
• Supervise and analyse sales and marketing and develop strategy to achieve the continued growth of the business.
• Set up and manage local teams. Coordinate and support marketing, sales, technical and local public matters.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in solar B2B sales and business development.
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team.
• Speaking, reading and writing English and German.
• Excellent communication skills, sales ability, good professional ethics.
• With local work visa or permanent residence qualification.
