    Stationary Childcare Offers

    For group service in our residential group Eichendorffring in Karlsfeld in the area of Stationary Childcare Offers, we are looking for a

    SOCIAL PEDAGOGUE OR EDUCATOR

    part-time to full-time position with 24-39 hours per week.

    In the residential group, there are 8 children and teenagers aged between 8 and 17, whom we want to provide a safe temporary home with the help of our highly motivated, multidisciplinary team. The spacious single-family house with a garden in Karlsfeld offers plenty of space to unfold and develop. We work in a resource-oriented manner and aim to support our recipients in unleashing their potential. Our focus is on their life world and the respective backgrounds can have consequences (e.g. (attachment) trauma, various disorders, social problems, etc.) and manifest differently in daily life. A respectful attitude, especially towards the survival strategies that have been perceived and developed as meaningful and helpful so far, is crucial for this work. As a team member in group service, it is your task to become a stable component in the lives of children and teenagers, managing everyday life with humor, energy, and perseverance.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Guide and accompany autonomously, independently, and creatively through the daily structure
    • Provide support in all situations to develop and implement individual solutions
    • Enable sustainable relationships and take on one or two key care responsibilities
    • Assistance planning and cooperation with network actors
    • Shifts, weekend, and night duties according to the group service schedule

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • B.A. in Social Work, training as an educator or equivalent
    • Own ideas for shaping daily life within the group
    • Proactive contribution to the team for regular exchange with each other and with the children and teenagers
    • Willingness for self-reflection to grow together in the team to face challenges
    • Independent and responsible way of working characterized by openness and team spirit
    • Encounter at eye level with all colleagues and recipients
