For the division Program Management at Adient Aerospace in Kaiserslautern , we are looking for a Serial Production Program Manager (m/f/d)
Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested)
Develop and execute production plans for serial production programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while overviewing all program responsibilities
Be responsible for the execution and completion of the assigned projects
As a project lead, this role will coordinate operational project issues
Act as an interface function in a project team and between departments, and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams for seamless program execution
Be responsible for monitoring program progress, identifying risks, managing costs, and implementing corrective actions as well as product changes to keep projects on track
Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in project management as well as product and process launches
Good analytical skills, excellent project leadership skills, and team ethos
Excellent risk management skills required
Proficient knowledge of MS Projects and all MS Office applications
Excellent knowledge of English and German languages (both written and spoken)
Ability to take the lead on specific projects, document and coordinate actions, and make decisions in a timely manner
Readiness to be on-site up to 5 days per week – remote working options on an irregular basis
