- Analyze, optimize, and manage the customer's Tufin environment
- Install, configure, and upgrade Tufin products
- Provide technical support, training, and consulting services to customers
- Document, optimize, and automate existing application landscapes
- Assist in factory and customer relationship management
- Develop custom solutions and integrations with other technologies
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Maintain relationships with factories
- Understand and translate business requirements into technical deployments
- Master's degree in Computer Science or similar field
- Expertise in infrastructure operations such as Linux, Firewall, VPN, Networking, VMware, Monitoring
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Good decision-making abilities and teamwork aptitude
- Excellent technical English skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
